Each day, we put on masks cautiously before we step into the world, these shield our feelings and our vulnerabilities. These masks, diverse and many-sided, are customized according to the situations we encounter. At our job, we might wear the mask of professionalism, radiating self-confidence and capability. With our friends, we might wear the mask of happiness, projecting an impression of playfulness. However, beneath these layers, we all carry wounds—concealed stories of struggles faced and injuries sustained. The question remains: would society welcome us if we risked removing our masks, walking out into the world completely exposed?
