Sometimes feeling, well it’s too much and it needs to come out. Physical pain or mental pain. This is my friend letting out some pain. We tend to tuck it away in the nooks and crannies of our soul. But one day, it all comes out. Usually the ones we love are near and have to witness this. We are not mad at you!! We need to find healthier ways of working through these things! As I have grown, I talk a lot more. I have people I confide in, many of them, that I can talk about anything, with no judgement!!
