I’m a little behind on the blog posts but I’m catching up now!! A simple plan and a simple shoot. That is what was discussed. 😊 She tells me she wants a witchy vibe with some candles and the wilderness!! It would have been neat if we could have summoned some cool animals but… that didn’t happen!! 😂 Anyway, we decide on Anna Page Park in Rockford. Let’s meet about 3:30 since the daylight is getting shorter.
I arrive about 3:30 and we meet up shortly after. Let’s do this!! We make our way to the back of the park and I somewhat have a plan. 🤷♀️ My plan was to walk across the bridge.. Yup, that was it. 😂 It has been quite some time since I adventured out there so I really didn’t know where to go. I did have faith that we would find a great spot to shoot. 🤞 We walked down the path for a bit and quickly found a cute cove to shoot. This will work out nicely!!
We settle in and start setting up candles. Let’s get cameras set and start shooting. We got into the groove pretty quickly and things go great. Within a 10′ radius, we get a few great angles. It’s nice when you don’t have to move around a bunch. 😊 Katherine is made for the outdoors, she moves around so good with no shoes!! I would be falling all over the place because of my sissy feet! Anyway, we decide to get into the water for the last few shots. Success!!
To sum it up, it was a very relaxed shoot. I love that!! Great images, great conversation with an amazing and talented person. Enjoy all you silly people! Until next time.
